As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a team-oriented work environment, utilizing the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to help customers find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations. This role involves confidently selling premium mattress/bedding products through a proven selling process, providing a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and successful in retail sales.
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Possess a winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- Passion for retail and exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
- Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
