About The Position

Garden Grove Hyundai is seeking motivated individuals to join their Sales Team as Sales Consultants. This role involves helping customers find the perfect vehicle and building a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential. The company is looking for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales who are eager to learn and grow, and they provide comprehensive training, coaching, and support. The position requires open availability for full-time work during business hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm. The pay structure is commission-based, with estimated earnings for motivated sales representatives to be above $100,000 annually, and a stated range of $48,200 to $158,700.

Requirements

Bilingual in English & Vietnamese, a preferred
Experience in automotive sales, plus
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers
Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes
Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
Track customers using store specific management system/s
Keep up to date of Hyundai products, features and accessories
Attend product and training courses
