Confidence Auto Group is expanding and looking for motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join their team. This role is for individuals passionate about helping customers, enjoy building relationships, and desire an opportunity with unlimited earning potential. The dealership group embraces technology, video communication, social media marketing, and a customer-first sales process. They provide the tools, training, and leadership to help both experienced automotive professionals and ambitious sales professionals succeed.

Requirements

Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or relationship-building experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology, social media, and video communication
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
Build relationships through phone, text, email, video, and social media communication
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM system
Create personalized video introductions and follow-up videos for customers
Utilize social media to expand your network and generate opportunities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Generate repeat and referral business
