About The Position

Capitol Volkswagen is seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented Sales Consultant to join their team. This role involves responding to a high volume of internet leads via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The Sales Consultant will assist guests in selecting vehicles, provide industry knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. While automotive sales experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are necessary.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Customer/Client facing experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy- familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

• 0-1 year of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Restaurant/Hospitality).
• Sales experience in the automotive industry.
