About The Position

We are a customer-focused, family owned Nissan dealership committed to delivering an exceptional car-buying experience. Our team values professionalism, integrity, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, while providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and explain financing and leasing options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, video, and in-person communication
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Stay up to date on Nissan products, promotions, and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
