About The Position

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is hiring Sales Consultants to join its on-site sales team at the Smoky Mountain Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The role focuses on helping families create vacation memories through sales presentations and property tours. Approximately 80% of the time is spent delivering presentations and conducting tours; the remaining time is devoted to morning motivational meetings, training, and professional development. The company provides pre-qualified leads, paid training in sales, product knowledge, and sales psychology, and uncapped commission. Top performers may earn more than $100,000 annually. The position is scheduled to start Monday, November 9th. A Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) license is required; candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain one immediately after an offer. No travel is required beyond the home resort, though opportunities to work at multiple resorts may be available based on performance and company needs.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) license immediately after receiving an offer.
• Must be outgoing and a strong communicator.
• Must be comfortable using digital tools.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

• Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
