Requirements
- A motivated, customer-focused professional who loves helping people
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a welcoming, no-pressure vehicle buying experience
- Present vehicles, offer test drives, and explain features, pricing, and value
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Work closely with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Achieve personal income goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
