About The Position

Fraserway RV is hiring a Sales Lead/Sales Consultant. This role is designed for top sales performers who are ready for the next step in their career but are not yet ready to leave the sales floor. It's a player-coach position where you will continue to sell and earn strong commissions while also supporting the Sales Manager, mentoring the team, and helping to drive performance across the dealership. This role serves as a training ground for future Sales Managers, allowing individuals to gain leadership experience while maintaining their earning potential.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales (automotive, RV, or other high-ticket preferred)
• A natural leader, even if you don’t have the title yet
• Strong closer with the ability to influence and support others
• Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Interested in growing into a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Set the tone through your own sales performance.
• Jump in to support deals, customers, and team members.
• Help maintain momentum on the sales floor.
• Act as the right hand to the Sales Manager.
• Step in when the Sales Manager is away or needs additional support.
• Help with day-to-day coordination of the team.
• Share best practices and help develop newer reps.
• Provide guidance on deals, customer approach, and follow-up.
• Help keep the team accountable and focused.
• Meet with customers and guide them through the buying process.
• Conduct walkarounds and product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships.
