Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communicator who earns trust quickly
- Confident estimating and presenting to clients
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Tech-comfortable (CRM tools, estimating software, etc.)
- Based in Summit County or planning a move to the area
Nice To Haves
- Construction, home services, or design background
- Familiarity with painting, remodeling, or construction
