Mounting Pro is seeking individuals interested in a field-based Estimator role for Residential & Commercial Painting projects in Summit County, CO. This role involves conducting accurate takeoffs, writing clear proposals, and serving as a client contact. The ideal candidate is comfortable in the field, possesses technical estimating skills, and excels at building client trust. This is not an active opening but an opportunity to connect for future roles.

Requirements

• Experience estimating painting or construction work.
• Knowledge of coatings, prep, substrates, and job scoping.
• Clear communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Experience with estimating tools like STACK or PEP Cloud (or ability to learn quickly).
• Based in or planning to move to Summit County.
