About The Position

As a Renovation Sales Consultant, you are the face of Durabuilt in the homes of our customers. Armed with pre-set appointments, a premium product lineup & a strong brand behind you, your job is to listen, advise and close. This is a high-income, relationship-driven role built for someone who thrives on performance and takes ownership of their results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven outside or in-home sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals in a one-call or multi-step in-home sales environment
  • Strong product knowledge aptitude - you can learn technical specifications and translate them into customer-friendly value propositions
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills; you build trust fast and maintain it
  • Self-managed and driven - you thrive working independently in the field with a performance-based mindset
  • Comfort with CRM tools and digital estimating platforms for pipeline and documentation management
  • Valid driver’s license

  • windows, doors, construction, or home improvement experience is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-set in-home consultations with homeowners across the Edmonton region, delivering a consultative and premium sales experience
  • Assess each customer’s needs and recommend tailored window and door solutions from Durabuilt’s full product lineup
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial appointment to signed agreement, with a focus on value-based closing
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate records using CRM tools, ensuring disciplined follow-up and forecasting
  • Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Stay current on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trends to deliver expert guidance
