About The Position

VisionSpark is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Sales Consultant who goes the extra mile for their clients. This role is for someone who loves building relationships, has a soft spot for entrepreneurial business owners, and excels at finding the right solutions to problems. The ideal candidate is a trustworthy strategist who closes deals. At VisionSpark, sales is about more than the bottom line; it's about being consultative, thoughtful, and committed to the client above all else. The Client Strategist will have the presence to build credibility quickly with entrepreneurial companies, the acumen to keep up with leaders across all industries, is agile and can adapt to people and situations to provide compelling solutions, and will build long-lasting relationships to create and maintain client lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales (or related) experience
  • Business-to-business sales (or related) experience
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales close rate year over year
  • Experience developing relationships and closing business virtually
  • Tech savvy (CRM, cloud, Microsoft Suite)

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of sales (or related) experience
  • Previous consultative sales experience
  • Professional service industry experience
  • Working in and with small to mid-sized Entrepreneurial companies
  • Existing network with professional contacts, consultants, and small to mid-sized business owners
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM (or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client and partner referral relationships to enhance VisionSpark’s reputation and create long-term client lifetime value
  • Achieve personal sales goals while creating raving fans
  • Field incoming sales inquiries and follow up on qualified leads
  • Prospect, qualify, strategize, and close new client projects and gain repeat business
  • Maintain and fully capitalize on the use of VisionSpark’s CRM tool, Pipedrive, to manage contacts, calls, leads and sales opportunities
  • Some travel may be required
