About The Position

NBC4 and Telemundo 44 in Washington, D.C., are seeking a Sales Commercial Producer to join the Brand Marketing team. The role produces creative commercial and promotional content for NBC4 and Telemundo 44 across video, digital, social, and presentation platforms, supporting brands and clients in two languages. Reporting to the VP, Brand Marketing, the producer collaborates with internal teams and directs production personnel throughout the production process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
At least 4 years of commercial production experience, including writing, producing, and directing production personnel and talent.
At least 2 years of hands-on nonlinear editing experience.
At least 2 years of experience working with digital video cameras.
Strong knowledge and working understanding of production and post-production techniques, equipment, and facilities.
Must be willing to work in Washington, D.C.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Digital video experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales, Community, News, and Brand Marketing teams to identify client and audience needs.
Conceptualize and pitch ideas to clients.
Write commercial and promotional copy in English and Spanish.
Produce multiplatform content and graphics to support sales and brand marketing.
Direct videographers, editors, and graphic designers throughout production.
Shoot and edit video and execute graphic design for multiple platforms.
Write, produce, shoot, and edit special projects to promote NBC4 and Telemundo 44 brands and franchises.
