About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team. The role promotes Clover, Fiserv’s cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solutions, to restaurant owners in the Washington, D.C. area. This is a 100% hunter and field-based position requiring travel among Restaurant Depot locations and client businesses. The representative identifies customer needs, demonstrates Clover solutions, develops new business through consultative selling, and installs systems and trains clients at their locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Must currently have valid, unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual Spanish skills.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot locations through face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Schedule in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how it can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge to educate prospective customers about point-of-sale systems and online ordering platforms.
Generate sales by converting leads into clients through personalized, consultative selling.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training.
Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within the Washington, D.C. area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
