About The Position

Strada Services is seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor to join their growing team in Knoxville, TN. This role focuses on building customer relationships and promoting home comfort solutions. The Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Representative will drive revenue by selling products and services to existing and prospective clients, assessing customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from consultation to installation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in HVAC, low voltage/home automation, or the residential security industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, persuasive, and goal-driven attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential leads and referrals
• Meet with customers to assess their home comfort needs and recommend solutions
• Present product and service options clearly and effectively
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Follow up with past clients to introduce new offerings and upsell enhancements
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide forecasts and regular updates on your pipeline
• Perform additional related duties as needed
