About The Position
We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor. This is an amazing opportunity to get into the HVAC field! This sales position requires a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and able to help our customers find the right options for their homes! Office located in Hutto, TX.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)
- Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
- Excellent communications skills
- Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
- Must be willing to undergo standard drug test and background check
Nice To Haves
- Some college or technical school education preferred
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
- Present customer purchasing options including financing
- Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
- Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
