About The Position

Luxury Cruise Connections is seeking two experienced Sales Coaches to support the growth and development of our Luxury Cruise Advisor team. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will work directly with advisors to improve sales performance, enhance customer interactions, and drive consistent results through coaching, mentoring, and accountability. This role is ideal for a travel industry professional who enjoys developing others, leading by example, and creating a high-performance sales culture. Hybrid Schedule after training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, cruise sales, luxury travel.
  • Proven success in a sales-driven environment under 100% outbound.
  • Strong knowledge of cruise products, destinations, and luxury travel experiences.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live and recorded sales calls and provide actionable feedback.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and professional growth.
  • Support onboarding and development of new hires to achieve performance goals within 90 days.
  • Identify team-wide coaching opportunities and share insights with leadership.
  • Track advisor performance against sales goals and key metrics.
  • Drive improvement in profit generation, conversion rates, insurance attachment, and client retention.
  • Address performance concerns with professionalism and consistency.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Manager to review performance.
  • Contribute to sales training materials, scripts, and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with ongoing systems, product, and destination training.
