The Wealth Sales Coach is responsible for providing guidance and training to financial planning professionals, focusing on wealth management products, services, and individual practices. This role aims to help financial planning teams develop strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth Members, increase sales performance, and achieve yearly objectives. The coach may also provide mentorship, conduct sales training, analyze sales data, and offer personalized coaching. The Wealth Sales Coach supports the Regional Vice President, Wealth through an indirect reporting line to the Senior Financial Planning team and assists in the onboarding and development of new Senior Financial Planners. The role also focuses on enhancing network skills to identify Member opportunities through CRM leads, driving incremental meetings, prospecting, and improving asset consolidation and net new Member growth. In specific markets, the coach may also be deployed to up-skill sales practices or tool usage across the network.
