Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses Top Performers Earn: $300K+ Location: Hybrid work schedule in Raleigh NC As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
