About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 and with Owens Corning's Top Performer MVP Award. We are seeking ambitious and competitive individuals aiming to establish a six-figure career with substantial earning potential. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will engage with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, conduct in-home presentations, propose solutions, and finalize high-value sales. This role offers a hybrid work schedule in Charlotte, NC, with average first-year earnings ranging from $150K-$200K, featuring uncapped commissions and bonuses, and top performers earning over $300K.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)

Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
