About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding its Irvine team and is seeking proven Sales Closers who excel at building rapport, leading effective sales conversations, overcoming objections, and closing deals. This role is ideal for competitive sales professionals who thrive in a high-energy environment and are motivated by strong earning potential. The position involves working exclusively with warm inbound leads from individuals who have already expressed interest in resolving IRS and tax debt issues. There is no cold calling or prospecting required. The primary focus will be on engaging with qualified individuals, understanding their unique situations, presenting appropriate solutions, and confidently closing sales.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Lead consultative sales conversations from discovery through close
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Identify client needs and recommend the best solution
• Present solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Handle objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
