About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler team and looking for proven Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, lead effective sales conversations, overcome objections, and close deals. You’ll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your focus will be on speaking with qualified individuals, understanding their situations, presenting the right solution, and confidently closing deals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and effectively handle objections
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
