About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding its Chandler team and is seeking proven Sales Closers who excel at building rapport, leading sales conversations, overcoming objections, and closing deals. The position involves working exclusively with warm inbound leads from individuals seeking assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns, eliminating the need for cold calling or prospecting. The primary focus will be on engaging with qualified individuals, understanding their unique situations, presenting appropriate solutions, and confidently closing sales.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and effectively handle objections
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
