About The Position
This is a remote, commission-based sales position for U.S. residents, focusing on closing warm inbound leads for life insurance policies. The role is designed for experienced closers who are looking for a career with residual income and uncapped earning potential, rather than a traditional job with a reset income each year. Producers build a book of business that pays them year after year. The company provides warm inbound leads through a proprietary platform, multiple top-rated carriers, an award-winning CRM, live mentorship, and a book of business that belongs to the agent. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available for both full-time and part-time producers. Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales experience — high-ticket or commission-based preferred
- Documented track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Coachable — ego loses here, the system wins
- Self-directed — you produce without being managed
- Strong communicator who closes with integrity
- Current U.S. resident authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
- Already licensed (preferred, but not required; company contributes to pre-licensing course)

Responsibilities
- Work warm inbound leads and close business — no cold calling, no lead generation
- Run consultative conversations with individuals, families, and business owners
- Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
- Submit applications digitally — fast and fully mobile
- Track pipeline and performance in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
- (Optional) Build and lead a team for override income
