Requirements

Proven ability to connect with customers and move conversations toward a “yes”
Sales experience preferred (home improvement or field sales a plus; roofing experience helpful but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Coachable and accountable — you take feedback and turn it into results
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)

Responsibilities

Attend qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners
Educate clients on roofing solutions and guide them through the decision-making process
Present customized proposals and close contracts with confidence and integrity
Collaborate with sales leadership to improve strategies and performance
Follow up on active deals and coordinate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain an organized sales pipeline while consistently exceeding monthly goals
Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings
Participate in team challenges, bonuses, and incentive programs
