Remote Sales & Client Protection Representative
About The Position
The Gainey Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a career in the insurance industry. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. No prior insurance experience is required, as the agency provides guidance and training to help individuals learn the business and work towards becoming licensed. The role involves connecting with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs, helping clients explore insurance solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing a client base and sales skills. Participation in training, coaching, and team meetings is also expected.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to meet the insurance licensing requirements applicable in their state
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable talking with people
- Self-driven and dependable
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Interested in sales and building relationships
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
