Prior experience in customer-facing or goal-driven roles such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, insurance, financial services, coaching, or the military is valued. No automotive sales background is required, as the company provides comprehensive training. The role focuses on guiding customers through the buying experience using a structured sales process, building product knowledge, and utilizing CRM and inventory tools. The company emphasizes a supportive environment, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement within their Chevrolet, Nissan, and Volkswagen brands.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in people.
  • Prior experience in any customer-facing or goal-driven role (retail, hospitality, insurance, food service, military, coaching, etc.).
  • Reliability, coachability, and a willingness to learn a new industry.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply the 14-step Road to the Sale with customers.
  • Greet and guide customers through the buying experience.
  • Build product knowledge across the brand lineup.
  • Learn and utilize CRM and inventory tools.
