Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with senior leaders Supports the implementation of the business plan and execution of strategic initiatives for a Territory or Business Segment.
  • Monitors and communicates factors impacting achievement of business objectives, providing transparency and consultation to senior leadership .
  • Develops strategies and tactics that proactively create readiness at the front line.
  • Responsible for the development of tools and resources to drive consistency in managing sales and customer experience outcomes.
  • Utilizes a defined governance process to prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Ensures adequate capacity to support successful execution of business priorities.
  • Directs the implementation of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level.
  • Leads and serves as subject matter resource for heads of products and channels in the line of business.
  • May consult and provide subject matter expertise to Bank Operations and Customer Experience centers of expertise.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
