Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager (Remote)

Wolters Kluwer•USA-MN-Remote, IL
•$89,600 - $157,000•Remote

About The Position

The Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager will lead acquisition of new partners for Wolters Kluwer’s entrepreneur partner strategy. The role identifies and recruits platforms that reach entrepreneurs as they start, fund, operate, and scale businesses, and develops partnership models connecting those customer journeys with Wolters Kluwer solutions. This is a new-business development role, not an account-management or inherited-territory role. The successful candidate will have experience building a partner program or ecosystem motion from the ground up, including defining target markets and value propositions, prospecting complex organizations, building executive relationships, negotiating commercial structures, and driving opportunities through launch and first revenue. The manager builds a qualified pipeline of new SMB platform partnerships and establishes Wolters Kluwer as a strategic partner to platforms serving entrepreneurs and small businesses. The role creates repeatable outbound, qualification, commercial, and launch processes; advances suitable partnerships beyond one-off referrals; and generates measurable partner-sourced pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue. The position works with internal Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to develop and execute partner agreements and launches. It maintains opportunity and forecast information, reports progress and key decisions to executives, and monitors market trends. The role may be based anywhere in the continental United States, with preference for Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones, and requires travel up to 25%, including overnight stays. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office during recruitment.
