Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales, and execute projects to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research, lead generation, partnership management and explore new business models to support long-term growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead, coach and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Continuously enhance sales processes, adopt innovative client engagement strategies, and adapt to market changes.
