As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2C at Bluespring Wealth Partners, you will play a critical role in driving firm growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high‑net‑worth consumer prospects seeking financial advice. This role sits at the front end of Bluespring’s consumer sales funnel and is responsible for generating activity, qualifying interest, and scheduling introductory meetings between consumers and Bluespring Wealth Advisors. You will work a high‑velocity mix of inbound and outbound leads, follow up immediately on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and progress prospects through the early and intermediate stages of the funnel. Your primary objective is to deliver advisor‑ready, well‑qualified consumer meetings, enabling advisors to focus on closing new client relationships. This is a high‑energy, high‑activity role that directly supports Bluespring’s centralized B2C growth strategy and pipeline development.
