About The Position

We are BI WORLDWIDE®, a global leader in solutions that drive measurable results for clients by inspiring people. We help translate strategic imperatives into actionable solutions using behavioral economics to engage, motivate, and inspire employees, sales forces, channel partners, and customers. We are seeking candidates located in the New York City metropolitan area to join our technology strategic account team. In this role, you will be part of a strategic account team calling on large technology companies headquartered in the New York City metropolitan area. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships, understanding critical business strategies, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that help achieve customer business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be currently located in the New York City metropolitan area.
  • Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions, or professional business services
  • Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
  • Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months)
  • History of career stability with a maximum of three employers in the last ten years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required
  • Competitive, confident in ability to sell, assertive, and dependable
  • Curious, with strong business acumen and a passion for understanding how businesses work
  • Ability to provoke constructive conversation with customers
  • Works well in a dynamic team environment

  • Four year college degree is preferred
  • Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus
