About The Position
This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales/project management role where you’ll connect with storm-affected homeowners, help them navigate the insurance process, and restore their homes. Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Roofing Restoration Specialists. When the storms hit, our phones ring—but our biggest opportunities come from getting out into the field and meeting homeowners face-to-face. We provide a 90-day training program to turn you into a high-earning pro. This role offers massive income potential, with first-year reps averaging $150K, and top performers clearing $250K+. Requirements
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win.
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to anyone—especially in a door-to-door setting.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days).
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.

Responsibilities

- Build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
