We’re looking for a Sales BDC Representative who is confident on the phone, quick with follow-up, organized with customer information, and excited to help turn online leads, calls, and inquiries into booked appointments for our dealership sales teams. Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
  • Customer service guru, in other words a people person
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer literate and telephone savvy
  • Passion for teamwork

  • Have a passion for growth and advancement

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and text communication to generate applications and booked appointments
  • Respond to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Connect with prospective customers to understand their needs, vehicle interests, budget, and timeline
  • Re-engage past customers, missed opportunities, and unsold showroom traffic to create new opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to accurately capture customer information, track activity, and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity focused on appointment setting and lead conversion
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support daily appointment targets
  • Promote inventory, offers, and financing options to create customer interest
  • Book, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments to ensure high show rates
  • Provide a professional, friendly customer experience in all interactions
