About The Position

The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for the sales team. This includes responding to internet inquiries, incoming phone leads, customers who recently visited the dealership, and following up on previous leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a goal-oriented and results-driven attitude, a positive and willing-to-learn mindset, and the ability to communicate professionally via text and email. High energy and enthusiasm are also key for this position.

  • Contact customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for the sales team.
  • Respond to internet inquiries.
  • Handle incoming phone leads ('Phone Ups').
  • Follow up with customers who recently visited the dealership.
  • Follow up on previous leads.
