About The Position

Beaver Chevrolet is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC) team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers — scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls, following up on service inquiries, and delivering the kind of "Wow-Ya!" experience that sets us apart.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a call center, BDC, or dealership service environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls for service inquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and routine maintenance reminders
  • Accurately schedule service appointments using dealership software
  • Maintain communication with service advisors and customers to ensure a seamless experience
  • Respond to online service inquiries and manage appointment requests via text/email platforms
  • Track and log customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups after service visits
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service in every interaction
