Requirements

  • Experience in BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive sales is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills and working knowledge of computers.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales leads, respond to customer inquiries, and set quality appointments for the sales team.
  • Create the best first impression and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every customer.
  • Communicate through phone, email, text, and online platforms while maintaining accurate records and consistent follow‑up.
  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
  • Set quality appointments for the sales team and communicate all necessary information.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Track all customer interactions using store‑specific CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date on current promotions, inventory, and dealership processes.
  • Work closely with sales management to support department goals.
