The Sales Audit Representative is responsible for auditing and maintaining a set of stores on a monthly basis. An employee in this position can expect a starting rate between $23 - $25/hour, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Auditing and maintaining a set of stores each month.
  • Responsible for month end close and tax.
  • Support stores in resolving any reporting issues and other systems related issues.
  • Correct stores’ transactions in error.
  • Re-class and provide detailed explanations for expenditures processed at the store level.
  • Research any variance on the over/short report.
  • Collect and tie out all College Gift Certificates and Merchandise Memos to Sales Audit.
  • Review bank deposits and partner with store for any missing deposits.
  • Provide support for special projects as assigned.
