The role of Night Audit Representative requires an individual with the ability to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. This role involves utilizing service brand behavior to complete job requirements, ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receipts, and following cash handling procedures. The representative will collect payment at check-out, provide change, and perform all end-of-day front desk and night audit functions. This includes reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings, maintaining computer database integrity, and auditing master bills. The role also involves preparing computer systems for the following day, ensuring accurate daily backups of files/tapes, and preparing, balancing, posting, and distributing necessary reports. Interaction with others should be professional, and assistance should be provided to other departments with necessary information. The position aims to create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience, demonstrating genuine hospitality, and exceeding guest expectations. This includes giving personal attention, taking personal responsibility, and using teamwork when providing guest service. Resolving guest problems involves listening, apologizing with empathy, finding a solution, and following through. The representative should provide ongoing genuine hospitality and teamwork, notice when a guest is not satisfied, and use their best judgment to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction. Other duties may be required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
