The Sales Associate is a key member of the customer service team, creating memorable customer experiences through energetic, authentic engagement and storytelling. The role requires strong knowledge of the brand’s products, sustainable fashion, and personal style, along with the ability to help customers across retail and ecommerce channels. The position is part-time and based in Vail, Colorado. Faherty is a family-run lifestyle and apparel brand founded in 2013. Requirements

Experience in a similar role or scope.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of platforms.
Technology and app proficiency.
A proven record of achieving personal results in a retail business, including consistently exceeding sales and performance goals.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
Comfort climbing ladders, moving regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to engage with people, nurture relationships, learn from mistakes, work resourcefully, ask questions, solve problems, and follow through on commitments.
