About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Sales Associate for their stores. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor. The associate will also contribute to a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Additionally, the role involves operating the stockroom safely and efficiently, assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, adhering to safety regulations, and identifying potential shortage situations. The Sales Associate will also handle customer issues, report challenging situations to management, engage customers, utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs, and perform general store operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
