About The Position

The Sales Associate role in LEGO® stores focuses on creating a signature experience for every guest. This involves greeting guests, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor. The role also requires contributing to a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining displays, and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Additionally, the Sales Associate will manage the stockroom efficiently, assist with merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom standards, follow safety regulations, and identify potential shortage situations. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, reporting challenging situations to management, customer engagement, utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs, and performing general store operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting every guest, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom by assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, knowing and abiding by all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
Customer engagement.
