About The Position

Diesel is a worldwide premium casual fashion brand rooted in denim mastery. The Sales Associate supports the achievement of store goals and personal sales goals by providing excellent customer service and representing Diesel’s brand and values. The role focuses on customer experience, brand awareness, and supporting store business. The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Strong interest in fashion, industry trends, and product knowledge.
• Prioritize customers, build client relationships, and provide a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with achieving store goals and meet personal sales goals through excellent customer service and by representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company history, customer service, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver individual performance in line with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Perform all Omni Channel Service and Initiatives.
