About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role helps create an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining merchandise and sales-floor presentation, processing transactions, promoting the MINISO Membership Program, and following store policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Adherence to store policies and procedures.
Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
Answer product questions, offer suggestions, and help customers locate merchandise.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and support product availability.
Help execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain brand standards.
Operate the cash register and process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
