About The Position
As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help create a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing attentive service, building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, demonstrating cosmetic techniques, and maintaining the department. The position requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

- Develop customer relationships to grow sales.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Demonstrate cosmetic techniques and apply products during customer consultations.
- Process POS transactions and enter account information.
- Share product knowledge and information about store services.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
