About The Position
As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing sincere, friendly service, building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and sharing cosmetic product knowledge. The role includes demonstrating techniques and applying products during consultations, processing transactions, maintaining customer account information, and keeping the department clean and visually appealing. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow the business.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Demonstrate cosmetic techniques and apply products to customers during consultations.
- Process POS transactions and enter account information.
- Share product knowledge and highlight store services to support the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing department.
