About The Position
As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help make customers’ shopping experiences memorable by providing sincere, friendly service, building customer relationships, and demonstrating cosmetic products and techniques. You also work toward individual sales goals, process transactions, and maintain a clean, visually appealing department. The role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow sales.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Demonstrate cosmetic techniques and apply products during customer consultations.
- Process point-of-sale transactions and enter account information.
- Share product knowledge and information about store services to support the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing department.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
