About The Position
As a Cosmetic Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help create a lasting impression through the customer’s shopping experience. The role includes developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, demonstrating cosmetic techniques and applying products during consultations, processing transactions, sharing product knowledge and store services, and keeping the department clean and visually appealing. The position requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
