About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and helps achieve company goals. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, sharing product and fashion knowledge, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting store operations. Associates represent the brand and help deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move items weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
