About The Position

WHBM is built on the fashion contrast of white and black and inspires independent women through modern, timeless styles. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps deliver the brand’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, providing personalized service, supporting store performance and maintaining brand standards. The position is part-time at the Clinton Crossing Outlet in Clinton, Connecticut, with an hourly pay range of $16.94 to $21.20.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
